INGREDIENTS

1 cup skim milk
1 Vanilla Glucerna Shake
100 grams regular instant chocolate pudding mix
1 ½ cups lite whipped cream
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup toasted almonds, chopped
Paper cup, wooden pop sticks, or frozen pop containersgrain rice

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and Glucerna Shake.
  2. Add the pudding mix and continue to whisk for 1 minute.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream, chocolate chips and nuts.
  4. Spoon mixture into molds or paper cups.
  5. Insert wooden sticks or spoons and freeze about 5 to 6 hours or until firm. Unmold and serve.
